The satisfaction of customers who make purchases on Algademy.com is a priority for Algademy.
At Algademy.com exercising your right of withdrawal is easy and free of charge.
Pursuant to art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer code) the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
Also pursuant to art. 54 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer code), the right to withdraw is exercised by mailing a written notice to the company address within the stated term. The notice can be sent, within the same term, via e-mail to (info@algademy.com).
The price paid by the Consumer shall be refunded by Algademy s.r.l. under the condition that the Product has been returned by the Consumer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date that Algademy s.r.l. receives the notice of withdrawal. Pursuant to art. 56 par. 3 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, Algademy s.r.l. reserves the right to retain the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has proven that the goods have been sent back. Please note that the consumer is considered responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if they are handled differently than necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and function of the goods.
Instructions for the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal the Consumer must send within the term of 14 days from the date of receiving the products, an e-mail to info@algademy.com with a notice stating:
- the express, unequivocal and explicit intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code;
- the list of products that the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal for;
- the order number that the refund refers to;
- the pick-up place for the products being returned;
- date and time window (at least 3 hours) for pick-up;
- the payment method for the order and if payment has been made with a bank transfer, the number of the consumer’s bank account.
Algademy s.r.l. will then pick up the goods, at their cost, on the day and at the address provided by the consumer.
The returned products must:
- have the original packaging in reusable conditions, in perfect state for re-sale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and with any accessories, instructions for use and documents;
- cosmetic products must not be opened or used;
When Algademy s.r.l. receives the goods and checks that they are perfectly intact, they will pay the refund strictly within 30 days.
